Whats youre Skill caps and how much skill do u have in each skill?

i dont know my skill cap, i just started UO this week

all skills range from 30-50 resist is at 85

That would make your skill cap 700, and you'll need to decide which of those 9 skills you're going to keep, as 7 would be the most and still have enough usefulness out of them.

First thing you'll need to do is get a few mil together and get a +25 Stat scroll.

U don't need 25 statscroll at first. Get a 15 - 20 scroll, u will be fine first 2-3 months.

where can i get all these scrolls?
are they expensive?

The +25 runs 3-4mil. I think the +20 runs about 1.5mil or so.

What shard are you on. Maybe someone here can actually help you out as far as equipment, scrolls, and show you the basics as far as training and PVP in UO. Oh yeah, welcome to UO.
