pvp crafter template?

I'm on siege so I have to be ready to fight yet I want to craft too. Specifically, bowerycraft and carpentry. Anyone here have a valid pvp crafter template?

I was thinking

115 Swords
115 Parry
115 Bushido
100 Armslore
100 lumberjack
100 Bowyercraft
65 Chivalry

or

115 Swords
115 Ninja
100 Hide
100 Armslore
100 Lumberjack
100 Bowyercraft
80 Stealth

or perhaps

115 Swords
100 Magery
100 Hide
100 Armslore
100 Lumberjack
100 Bowyercraft
80 Stealth

The title is slightly misleading. i don't intend to go looking for trouble but if they attack I'd like to hit back hard.

I haven't done much pvp with him but long ago he one hit killed a mage (guildmate) who wasn't wearing armor but got flagged for hitting me with a spell and I auto defended. There have been lot's of changes since then but I still enjoy playing him.
