I just got back into UO after a long break. I am currently working on an Archer. Can anyone give me some advice on a good PvP archer template. What template are most archers running these days? I have a 720 skill cap, so any information would be great!

What style you want to play? support template? pure firepower? solo? stealth?

Im looking for fire power. I will be solo or in small 2-3 man groups most the time. Also a template that would do well in groups at champ spawn.

Thanks for the info. I just started up on Baja. I found a great bow and thought i should probably put it to use. I appreciate the help!

1 More question.. What kind of mana regen am I going to need? Do I need to build a suit with high mana regen for that temp, or will that not be necessary?

On a similar topic, what do you suggest for stats? I just made my first character on Napa and I don't have any gold to get stat scrolls. My cap is 230

Hiya! The template that Arcbolt suggested is the exact template I run on my archer. Originally, this template was designed for Doom, but I started venturing into Fel to see what would happen. Seems the template works great defensively -- it takes 2-3 peeps to kill her cause she can heal so fast at 120 bushi with confidence and bandies. Offensively, I have no idea what I'm doing, so I just run around and heal mostly. Still trying to figure that out. My stats are something like 112 hits/55 mana/150 dex. The only thing I think I'd change is my suit to get more mana, or go elf (she's human) to get the extra 20 mana.

lol in a nice way, that sounds funny.
Keep trying and you will figure it out.
But yes, the ABC arrcher is a powerful template for a blue or red.
Its nice to be blue to pvm in doom and peerless.
I am envious
