PVP and Animal Form

Hi All

Im about to start PVP for the first time so please excuse the ignorance of this question.If I'm in Wolf form and I use Soul Seeker would I for example attack as normal but with + 20HCI ?

Yes, but (there's always a but) I don't think you can use weapon specials whilst in animal forms (just like you can't cast other spells)
