As it lacks "balanced" and a higher ssi, it's not really suitable for pvp, but a rough idea on the value would be nice

I wish I could give you better news...but I'm afraid you might only sell this one to someone pretty new. :-( The mods are awesome! Unfortunately, 10 ssi x-bow is just too slow to be useful.

If I saw a bow like this, I'd pick it up for imbuing...but I wouldn't buy it. Hope I turn out to be wrong, though, and best of luck selling it.

With low SSI and no mana leech, it's pretty much useless in a PvM situation.
