the puzzle room by trapped floor is down on catskills..its blocked off and says out of order...are all shards like this?

thats what it was doing yesterday... however i was able to get a puzzle piece today

Oh goddess. I hope that was some random glitch... to think we blocked it off and pretty much gave sole access to the exploiters. *crosses fingers on confirmation that it has since been fixed.*
Disclaimer: Mind you, I'm not saying everyone who logged out there is guilty, I'm just saying that I think most that were exploiting probably logged out there.

I left my weakest character in there because it is dicey getting her there in the first place. And, no, not only would I not exploit, I hope they burn those at the stake who are.
When I logged in and saw her stuck in there I did get her out via the Stuck.

The exploit I discovered (and I'm sure 10k other players) meant you had to leave the puzzle room in order to do the puzzle for the rewards. So barring any other exploits the people who logged out in that room could not have been exploiting.
Gotcha. I have no idea on what the exploits were. I heard there was more than one. As I said in the disclaimer, I didn't mean to imply that all those who were logged out there were the ones doing the exploiting... more so, that the puzzle is still working for some. I'd rather see it turned off until they are absolutely sure that all the exploits of it have been fixed. My apologies if any felt I was accusing them, that was not my intention.
No, it's fine. I agree they should turn it off if a few people have access to it but not all people. I still have a character there on Baja and just checked, and it's just a box to me for now. Poor thing. She only has 18 or so hiding (worked up from 0). So it's a few minutes of getting her to hide then a few minutes waiting to log someone else in, hehe.
I just logged in on Europa on my thief who is parked there and when clicking the box I get the message "You cannot use this".
I got the same message on Siege...
Aye, i also have a weak char. logged out in there, not to exploit because my brain dont work on that wave length.
Now i cant get him out as the auto transport help system doesn't seem to be there, i just get the oppurtunity to send a message and not to pick a town. ?????

Had the same problem yesterday Mike. A kind soul shared that you can get the city menu from the help gump if you are hidden or invis. I was able to use help stuck that way.

Oh dear. I logged a couple of characters out there, and they're stuck. LOL. You can still use the help option; Hit the help button, then choose "My character is physically stuck." It'll give you an option to choose somewhere, then after a while, you'll be teleported out.
I hope using this on multiple characters won;t result in a flag, though.
