Puzzle Room Down

I noticed this morning the puzzle room by the trapped floor is block off and says out of order...any ideas why...wonder if all shards are like this?

I had no idea this exploit was going on. I would come once a day and get my reward. I can't stand those people who have to screw things up for the rest of the us.
