[Imbuing] Putting Area Effect spell on my weapon. Will this flag me?

Thinking of using it for champ spawns as I find it's quite handy. Does the damage from area effects get converted into leech calculations?

If you r blue you will not flag blues (but will flag red and greys). If u go grey or red you will flag.
