[Price Check] Putrefier Paragon Chest

I received this chest during a Great Lakes event either last night or the night before (can't remember which night it was, hehe) - The monsters we had to kill were definetly not a putrefier, but it still dropped the chest. Putrefier's are not in Ilshenar so it would make it virutally impossible to get this item, correct? Just wondering if anybody else got this drop & also what an estimated value would be? Looking to sell it.

Unfortunately this is not a rarity. These spawn normally on the putrefier in the Palace of Paroxysmus.

Many of the AoS named monsters can drop chests. Miasma being the most common and it is in Malas. Here is a list of the ones i have or have seen.

Abscess
Lurg
Master Theopolis
Rend
