Purge magic success chance question

As posted on stratics:

Attempts to remove a beneficial ward (such as Bless/Protection/Str or Dex potions/Necro forms… but no longer Ninjitsu forms) from the target. The spell is a type of Curse, meaning success is determined by a comparison between the caster’s Mysticism and Focus or Imbuing against the target’s Resisting Spells skill.

Has the actual formula for this been posted anywhere?

Bare in mind when purging there is a cooldown, i'm going to say 3 seconds off the top of my head.

The cooldown is also based on Myst/Focus vs Magic Resist skill.

I realize there's a cool down. That's not what I'm asking. I would like to see the formula for actually succeeding at purging a ward from someone. Such as mystic+focus skill/target's resist = % chance to succeed.
