I don't believe this is true. Unless I missed something, I think clean dci luck and EP jewels are still lootable. Can anyone confirm this?

NOPE, once they "fixed" the loot generator so you could get relic frags off lower end mobs I have not seen a single 20 DCI jewel fall, some others that also don't drop...

They do not spawn as *single* mods, but they do spawn in those intensities with other properties.

In other words, you can't get a MR 4 ring, but you can get an MR 4 ring with X Y and/or Z along with it.
