What if these ladies are hermaphrodites? Perhaps post-op or pre-op transgender? What does UO have against transvestites with Gender Identity issues? At the very least these women maybe in disguise from an oppressively dominate male society that forces them to hide their true gender.

Put elven woodlands belts & polka-dot bikinis on the female guards after giving them the most female form available and give the male guards just the woodland belts.

The Devs would have to be fair after all. Have to make it for the ladies as well.
