Some more from the previous notes (fish monger reputation etc) that I read on the Japanese UO site two days ago, but somehow not included in the English one. Again, all translation below (except those covered on the official English site) is done by me, so please don't take it like it's official. Please notice that there might also be errors, after all Japanese is my fourth language (picked it up while working in Tokyo a few years ago).
Again, if you decide to over-react/troll using my translation you are ********.

Necromancy [霊媒] 【12/9追加】

* Necromancy [霊媒]とSpirit Speak [霊話]の両方が30.0以上ない場合、Summon Familiarの呪文を使用できないようになりました。
* Exorcism(エキソシズム)の呪文使用でカルマが下がるようになりました。
Necromancy (added 12/9 JST)

* A minimum of 30.0 in both Necromancy and Spirit Speak is needed to cast Summon Familiar now. (#Note by me: This probably refers to a change below.)
* Casting Exorcism now lowers your karma.

その他-02 【12/9追加分】

* 魚商人ギルドでの地位がマイナスになってしまうことがありえた問題を修正しました。
* 新しいベテラン報奨アイテムがアイテムを生み出す間隔を1週間に修正しました。
* 自分に保護解除(Ward Removal)のタリスマンを使ってMagic Reflectionのクールダウンタイムを回避することはできなくなります。
* コミュニティコレクションにおけるカニとロブスターのポイントは1でしたが10に変更されます。
* Item ID [鑑定]スキルを使うことで、染色できないヘビ皮のブーツ(Snake Skin Boots)を染色可能なものに交換できるようになります。
* ダーツボードにガーゴイル ダガー(gargish dagger)などを投げることができるようになります。
* Necromancy [霊媒]、Spellweabing [織成呪文]、Mysticism [神秘]のスクロールを使用する場合、Magery [魔法]用のスクロールと同様に、呪文の難易度が2レベル下がるようになります。
o 織成呪文と神秘の各呪文は、必要最低スキルを満たしていなければ使用できません。
o 必要スキル値を満たしていない状態でVampiric Embraceなどの変身呪文に成功した場合、変身効果は最大で3分間続きます。
o Summon Familiarの呪文を使用するにはNecromancy [霊媒]とSpirit Speak [霊話]の両方が30.0以上必要です。
* 強化又は弱体効果がかかっている状態で Greater Dragon を調教した際に発生する問題を修正しました。(既にこの影響を受けてしまっている Greater Dragon は修正されません。)
* 変成したMace and Shield Reading Glassesを装備しても回避低下が発動しない問題を修正しました。
* エッグボム(egg bomb)を一山にまとめることができない問題を修正しました。
* 革染め桶(Leather Dye Tub)で毛皮ブーツ(fur boots)を染色できるようにしました。
* 複数の陳列ケースを隣接させたとき、枠の表示がおかしくなる場合があった問題を修正しました。
* テルマーで宝の地図の守護モンスターが家の中に発生してしまう場合があった問題を修正しました。
* 硝石堆積層を発見できる確率が2倍になりました。
* 既に取り付けた導火線を取り外せるようになりました。
* 夜光毒薬(Darkglow Poison)をポーション樽(Potion Keg)に入れていると、イコルの瓶(bottle of ichor)を作成できなかった問題を修正しました。
* ステイジアン アビスにアップグレードしていなければ使用できないアーティファクトに表記を追加しました。
* ベンダーで販売されているペット召喚クリスタルをコマンドメニューを使って購入できなかった問題を修正しました。
* 装飾絨毯をパッキングコンテナから取り出すことができない問題を修正しました。
Misc Bug Fixes-02 (added 12/9 JST)

* Fixed issue where fishmonger reputation could go below zero. (Covered)
* Corrected the resource production rate on the new veteran reward to once a week. (Covered)
* Players can no longer use ward removal from talismans on themselves to bypass the magic reflect cooldown timer. (Covered)
* Increased community collection points for crabs and lobster from 1 to 10 each. (Covered)

* You can now make Snake Skin Boots dyeable by using the Item ID skill on them.
* Gargish Dagger now works on dart boards.
* Just like Magery, the casting difficulty when using scrolls for Necromancy, Spell Weaving and Mysticism has been lowered by 2 "levels/circles".
- Spell Weaving and Mysticism scrolls still require the the minimum skill to cast them from a spell book to use. (#Note by me: i.e. success chance increase only, instead of actually make them cast-able with lower skill)
- The duration of polymorph-style spells (e.g. Vampiric Embrace) is now a maximum of 3 minutes when the caster doesn't have the actual skill required to cast them from a spell book. (#Note by me: iI assume that this refers to casting such spells from a scroll.)
- A minimum of 30.0 in both Necromancy and Spirit Speak is needed to cast Summon Familiar now.​
* Fixed an issue with Greater Dragons tamed under the effects of buff/debuff spells. This change only affects GD's tamed after this publish goes live.
* Fixed an issue with altered gargish Mace and Shield Reading Glasses not firing off the HLD property properly.
* Egg Bombs are now stackable.
* Fur Boots can now be dyed using the Leather Dye Tub.
* Fixed an issue with the Display Case not displaying the correct graphics (an edge is missing) when placed next to each other.
* Fixed an issue with T-map guardians spawning in Ter Mur homes.
* The chance to discover a Niter Deposit is now doubled.
* Fuse chords that are attached to a cannon can now be removed.
* Fixed an issue with how Bottle of Ichors can't be crafted from Darkglow Potions inside a potion keg.
* Added the texts "Requires Stygian Abyss" to SA artefacts.
* Fixed an issue where Pet Summoning Balls cannot be purchased from (player?) vendors using the context menu.
* Fixed an issue with rugs being non-removable from a packing crate.

I mean, the use of those buffs/debuffs was considered a no-no (and infact it is getting fixed....) but those who got their Greater Dragons that way will get to keep them ?

Some nice additional changes!

* Fuse chords that are attached to a cannon can now be removed.
I certainly will be listening out to hear what my cannons are singing in future. :p

Hmm and I guess all those people imbued artifacts and my imbued Jade Armband should also be removed from the game because people couldnt do it anymore?

Something serious enough warrents a retro fix. Curse tamed GD has higher HP but lower strength. So the lowered Str (less damage) itself is the price to pay for having higher HP.

While I can careless there are "people" out there that complain just about every thing. Yea Runebook only has 16 space??? WTF why not 500.

It has never been possible to change the stats on existing pets. That's why people talk about 'pre-patch' this or that.

I wish it were. I trained a squirrel up till it got hit by an hp bug, knocking it from 135hp (scaled up as it gained str to 125) to 42hp over night. One day it was training resist fighting air eles, the next wimped to weaker than when I first tamed it.

The only stat-induced gdrag bug I recall is you ended up taming a blessed dragon only to have its STAM lowered, so you couldn't achieve 125. Hopefully they fixed that, or maybe I'm naive and missed something.

The only stat-induced gdrag bug I recall is you ended up taming a blessed dragon only to have its STAM lowered, so you couldn't achieve 125. Hopefully they fixed that, or maybe I'm naive and missed something.
Pretty much what G.V.P said - when the game cut a GD's stats in half when it's tamed, an error made it do the division based on the buffed stats but the actual subtraction based on the original stats, that's why some people ended up with GD's not able to achieve 125 Dex. So yeah people do get to keep their GD's, but I don't see what's wrong with that.

I'm not sure about the effects of debuff spells, but again I read on some Japanese sites before that the game actually did the whole calculation based on the debuffed stats so either way you're gonna end up with a nerfed GD.

e.g.#1 GD with 1000 Str, then bless took it to say 1100 when tamed:
Intended Scenario --> 1000/2 = 500. 1000-500 = 500. 500 Str after taming.
Bugged Scenario --> 1100/2 = 550. 1000-550 = 450. 450 Str after taming.

e.g.#2 GD with 1000 Str, then curse took it to say 900 when tamed:
Intended Scenario --> 1000/2 = 500. 1000-500 = 500. 500 Str after taming.
Bugged Scenario --> 900/2 = 450. 900-450 = 450. 450 Str after taming.

And we don't get these things added to the english version of the publish notes... why? :spider:
It could just be a simple copy and paste error, or just an oversight when people are busy to meet deadlines, or maybe they left them out intentionally knowing that some morons will just complain about anything without doing any actual research on what they're fixing anyway. :)

not sure why you did both of those examples in the worst way. how about these 2 examples?

Guess when you tested it it was not from a keg. Mine was from a keg and never thought to try with a fresh made from bottle potion. Wonder if they will fix the Vitriol also?

.....Rough estimate

HP:1000-1998(tamed500-999)
STR:1138-1380(tamed 569-690)
DEX:95-135(48-68)
INT:497-630

phys:65-85
fires:65-90
colds:40-55
poisn:55-65
energ:55-75


Good one seldom be found and struggle for all of tamer.
Devs should fix all GD.

Be cool if they hand-fixed GDrags or had a gate to autofix somehow (turn stam value to dex value unless under stat effect or something). :) but I don't think that'll happen hehe.
