What's a public teleporter house?
With the Vet Reward House Teleporters, and I guess now the one's you can buy from UOGamecodes, some folks have built "Hubs" for lack of a better term in their homes. They look down one half of the kit in their house and the other side is placed at the homes of friends or player run establishments making transportation around Sosaria much more rapid and convenient especially for those that cannot recall around or simply don't want to lug around a rune library to get places.
For a quick example you started a Hub... You'd have teleporters to say the house of someone you know in Luna, all the popular Auction houses on the Shard, all the Player Ran Towns, You'd try to get one put in for both Abyss Houses. Mainly to places people may want to go that people marking and selling Rune Books normally won't include in their sets they sell. It really helps at times especially when you have Warriors that can't mark, it's a lot easier to get someone to make you a Rune to the Hub, than to have someone one follow you around marking runes for you.
