Public House, Front Door Locked

Run into homes like this all the time, and looking to set mine up the same way. I see where I can 'Change to Public', but after doing that I tested the front door with an unrelated account; toon was able to get inside the house. I must be missing a menu item somewhere that allows me to set up the subject line access.

right click on doors & teleporters to set security.
If you have ladders on the outside, people can use them to access your house too.
