PSA: uo game codes store

Hey cats, I just wanted to let you guys know that the uo game codes store (linked to uo.com) is having issues. Yesterdy I puchased a 7th char slot/storage code for 29.99 (32.09 with tax) and they billed my card 4x for the one item. The sale of these types of things is outsourced to a different company. When I tried to contact the company I recieved an automated VM box. The message stated that they would call me back within the next business day.

Just saying, watch out for this, it might be beneficial to hold off on purchases for a while.

Like I told Al today, they charged me 7 times for 3 SA upgrades a while back. When this happens you have to call UO customer support directly and speak with a live person. Took a few days but the charges did get reversed.

Or you just dispute the charges with your bank or cc.

You have a better chance calling them. I was over charged 12 times by their warhammer billing company and had to call Mythic. Was like 198 bones I think of over charges. No big deal and I was nice to them but they fixed it. Just had to call them a second time when they only reveresed 6 charges. Then I was not so nice on the second call. Got the other 6 back the next day.

Their site won't even work for me. It just spits out some random error whenever I try to buy from it.

Oh I did forget to add since truly it wasnt Mythic's fault but the billing company error with the massive charges and players were hit Mythic tried to make it right with in game items lol. Still though warhammer belongs to EA/Mythic so it was them that took the heat for it. I'd argue that with them so maybe ya can get something free b/c they inconveniced you for their mistake. Remember they have no issues when they take their payment from you and if you dont have the cash they close your account instantly.
