Proposed changes to runic kits: Will Spined/Horned Runics be worth using now?

With the proposed changes it looks to me like the lower level runics are getting a pretty significant boost. Spined kits, with only 1 to 3 properties, are probably still not worth using but the horned kits look like they'll be able to make some pretty decent armour in the future.

What do you all think? Will you be using Horned and maybe even Spined kits in the future?

Well ... theoretical you could end up with 140 luck-parts from a spined. Or with 20 lrc parts with some luck and decent phys res. (Later could be nice for training a character ... building up 100% lrc with 70 phys res and maybe some luck to go with.)
If its worth for you to actually collect bods for spined runics is up to you and your decision.

That really is a good idea.. Only thing it (for me at least) it takes so much time collection and organizing BODs that it seems like it's not worth it for that reason.

But the few spined I already have have some plans now
