A bit of a random question but I've been wondering lately how it is that one gets promoted (title)?

I went from a journeyman to an adventurer and I have less posts than other current journeymen.

Is it based off of posts or what exactly is it based off of?

Ahhh thank you kindly. For some reason I thought Adventurer was higher than Journeyman.
