Promo Code Redemption System Not Working

Any word on this? I cant redeem my codes into tokens either. Anyone else having trouble with redemption?
All i know is that i have a bunch of unused 7th anny codes that arent accepted. a GM even linked me to an extreemly relevant solution that diddnt work.

Thats not good I was thinking of buying some Legacy codes for the soulstones and charger but looks like I'll have to hold off til they get this fixed..wonder if this housing servers are down those seems to go down when the promo thing does.
