I purchased 2x stygian abyss thingy with my credit card from uogamecodes and got this error :

An error occurred on the server when processing the URL. Please contact the system administrator. (B1)

Then i refreshed the page and got to the thanks for buying page containing a code for "later references" or some thing like that, but didnt recieve an email from uogamecodes ..

I saved the code for "further reverences"

What to do ?

I have had NO issues/problems whatsoever!

I logged into UOGamecodes.com, Selected 1 upgrade, got into the shopping cart, added a second code, went back to shopping, selected a Heritage token, back into the shopping cart, added a second code for token, check out.

Got my codes in the mail in a few seconds. Logged into my account and upgraded both accounts. Got confirmations of upgrade right away.

Logged into 2d client, and patched.
Logged into "enhanced" client and patched.

I put in a 2nd order with another email adress and this time the email arrived within some seconds.
Right now I´m missing one of the 4 codes I ordered...
And most of all, account management site is broken

I got an error saying to phone them up, KEPT getting it, Well I tried it on another computer, same cc details and everything and it went straight through and worked. Might help anyone with similar issues.

Exactly the same here, and since i got the cc infos from my parents, i dont want to **** up things and accidently buy like 4 codes instead of the wanted 2..

So im kinda scared to buy "another" 2, just because the email didnt arrive "yet"

And 2nd i cant check if i paid those 2 now or didnt

Please call 1-866-543-5435 and press option 1, wait a moment, then press option 1 again to speak with a sales representative." and the guy on the phone says that he can't sell any codes :/

Anyone else having problems ordering from UOGameCodes ?

Just like the last time, months ago when I tried ordering some codes from the UOGameCodes web site I STILL have trouble ordering from them.

At the end of the process I still get the error message "Processor Error #31" and my credit card purchase cannot go through.

It is beyond my understanding why it does not go through since that is the credit card I pay for my UO account monthly subscription and I would assume that if the credit card is good enough for the UO subscription it should also be good for the UOGameCodes....

But it is not, go figure........

Now what ?

I had that problem, I used another computer and the order went right through.

It would be nice if someone at Mythic could contact the people at UOGamecodes, see what is wrong and how it can get fixed and please kindly report to us here the findings ?

I mean, all those who are having problems are kinda stuck with their purchases of codes.

I tried several times and that damn processor code error does not want to go away.

Yet, the credit card is good, works fine to pay for the UO account monthly subscription and I cannot understand for the life of me why the purchasing system of UOGamecodes would not like it.

Right now i am having a problem accepting the rules of conduct. Er. well i am not having the problem i clicked "Accept" but the site seems to be over loaded and it is just simply stuck there. I guess i will wait and let the site fix its self like mentioned earlier.

I mean, many people seem stuck because the UOGameCodes site does not process orders and we hear nothing about it ?

Aye best to just email them then call..its a run around when trying to call..this is the reason I think they should trash the code site and just sell through the EA store..had about the same problem a month ago with some legacy tokens I was trying to buy had to end getting them through support by email cause uogamecodes failed to process my order even though at first they charged me for it lucky the charges never went through.
