Problems with UO gamecodes?

So... I finally went ahead and bought the SA upgrade code. It's been a couple hours now and still no email with upgrade code. I checked my junk folder.

Is this a common problem? Who do I talk to about this? I just need them to resend the email. I have my confirmation code.
