Problems with resetting mythic account password?

Not quite sure if this is a problem with everyone or just my account, trying to come back to the game and update my account information but I can't get into my mythic account, requested a password change through my email click the link back to changing the password go to save it then I get an ERROR return to homepage menu and won't let me change the password :\

You may want to try going thru the Origin store to fix this.

Well reset the password using origin store, still can log in through the mythic page, anyone else having difficulties?

Are you Eric Ravenwind, or are both of you having trouble with password resets while returning? I'm not sure what is going on, but if we get Mesanna's attention on this, it'd be nice t include everyone who is having troubles.

I cannot log into Mythic Master account. Says wrong user or password. User is email, and it is correct as it sent me an email to reset the password, LOL. I reset it, still no worky. Went to Origin, reset it there, still no worky, AND origin will only recognize my facebook login, not the old, nor the new password. Something is not quite right in paradise. Mesanna??

I have often found that sometimes after receiving an error message that the pw will change in 30 minutes. It seems that error message itself, sometimes, is the only error at all.

Hey Buns a buddy was having the same issue last few days, so I checked mine and same thing. Everyone should try to go update their password, you will probably get the same error screen.

Anyway, I fixed his by using the Chat function on Origin.com, go to upper right Contact Us and answer a small amount of questions. Then click Chat now. The guy was able to use my email to verify and go in and correct the issue. Took maybe 15 mins.
