Problems installing the EC

Anyone have patch problems over and over? It will dl 5 megs then get error. Then i restart it 5 more then error. I am running as admin as well. This is kinda sad I can load any other game including the CC but the EC will not patch

The store does that sometimes, or did when buying things. What I tell people is close your browser, empty your cookies and try again and it seems to work 100% of the time.
