Problems downloading the open beta for the classic client[2d]

An alliance member of mine is trying to download the open beta for classic client and once she gets done she cant really find it anywhere without doing a search when she finds it though and trys to open it up it dosent start the client but starts trying to download the client again. Just wondering what can cause this could it be cause she has KR and 2d both on that pc?

If they are using vista its in Start Menu->Programs->Games

Games or EA Games? Next question is I run vista and awhile back removed my games folder that came with the Pc when I bought it will this cause problems if I decide to download the classic beta file if it goes in the regular games file?
