Problems activating acct grr

I'm trying to reactivate an account I haven't played in awhile but i'm getting this error when i put in my CC info : "We're sorry, but we can't perform transactions to this credit card. Please load a different one." Um what is this? The debit card that was on file is no longer valid as I have a new one. I just activated 4 other accts using the same debit card is this maybe the reason why? Seems to me a looong time ago when Id buy off the origin store i thought I got this same stupid error. Is there any way to override it or someone I can contact? I don't have another debit card I can use. Any advice is appreciated

I dunno about that. Might need to fire off an email to [email protected]. In the meantime you could maybe try and buy a gametime code from the store then apply it to the account?

I can try but i suspect because its the same billing via origin i may encounter the same issue =( Im going to try thou ty
