Problem with redeeming Vet Reward

Ok, that's what happened:
The message popped up after logging in with any char (got seven). Clicked "later" 3 times with 3 different chars. Next day I choosed one reward from the list with one character. Received reward (comm. deed box). From then on, the message never came back on any other char. Looked up at UO Guide and Knowledge Base, said that it could last one week till each char on account is updated. Waited one week, nothing happened. No message whatsoever.

What should I do now? Call a GM? Send in a bug report? To whom should I address?

Please please help.

You have seven Chars or seven vet reward Pics left?

You get vet rewards per account and by age of account not per character.

You can redeem the rewards with any char, does that help?

Ouch! I guess I'm the thickie again Sorry, but I came back after a longer break from UO and couldn't recall the procedure.

My fault was that this account is now two years old and last time I could choose three times (first year reward). I forgot that in the following years you only get one choice per account. Silly me. Sorry . But many thanks for the quick response. Now I'm up to date again.

When the account gets about 6 or 7 years, I think, you start geting two choices a year.

I haven't got mine either because the Charters do not seem to exist. The Charaters on Mondain account appear on 8th account, the same charaters also appear on my Mondain but that's because that is where they are supposed to be.
I pay for two accounts. If I go to myuo and try to create a space for the 8th age account it says I did that already so I log in and it shows me the charaters for my Mondain account.
The Eighth Age account was supposed to have rewards or at least a trasnfer token and I never got a thing. The reason, it appears is that there are no character, those characters that don't exist , but in reality do exist, which I play with daily. Go figure ? try to make sense out of that one?
