problem with goblin slayer talisman quest

I'm not sure which forum this should be on, but I 'll try here since most of you have already done the quest. The problem is that when I visit Neville and I accept the quest, he says "I see you already have an escort". I tried killing myself, waiting for 1 week and trying again, resigning all other quests that I was on (although none of them involved an escort) but nothing seems to work. Anyone else had this problem?

This happens from time to time you will need to page a GM to fix it for you.

Something to the effect of: I can't accept escourt quests, the game says I already have one, but I do not.
