Problem with Char Transfer Code - any suggestions?

Hi everybody!

Bought a char transfer code in the Origin Store today and tried to activate it ingame - but I am getting an info, that the token code is invalid... Did you ever get a message like this? It is a fresh code, about 15 min old. Tried it 5 times, no chance. It seems that the code is too long for the field which is usually used to enter promotional codes... The last digit does not fit.

Am I stupid or is this a known problem?

wrong forum, sorry... and now the server on ATL is down. so I cannot get the GM-message I requested :-(

What's the digit to dash format? Does this thread help at all?

Its 4-4-4-....2. I will try with copy-past and I try to change the digit-to-dash-format. But at the moment, I cannot try, because ATL is down...
