Problem with Bane/Ophid war - "native" ophidian spawn

Not sure about other shards but at least on Europa, we have always had a VERY high rate of ophidian spawn near the ophidian lair.

With this latest content, they appear along with the "new" ophidian army. The problem is that they don't count toward receiving any loyalty and they will attack those who are loyal to the ophidians.

Any other shards have this? Is a possible fix in the works?

was said somewhere that if you kill the native spawn off, they should not respawn, at least thats what they said anyway lol

I have no gains in new spawned ophidian... so probably the event is already broken
