Problem with auctions safes

So i gave a friend 2 auction safes to place in my house, he has since then quit UO, his safes has items on them that never sold, it wont let me axe them, redeed them, wont even let me customize my house. so short of making my house decay and fall what can i do to redeed these?

I don't know. Maybe page an GM or buy the items? If a GM can't fix it they should bump it up to Mesanna or someone.
