Problem with 7th chara slot

I bout it and followed what the e-mail said and entered the code, clicked agreed and after that the web page tries to load but just times out and give me a page cannot display error. Anyone know if its me or UO.

I forgot that i havent gotten the 6th character slot, becuase I couldnt find were to get it so i just figured buying the 7th character slot would work. would this be the casue of the problem??

I have no clue how to help with your problem, but I do know that if you have 5 slots and you buy the 7th slot, you will get the 6th slot included and should not have any problems.

I had that same problem so I bought a copy of the Eight Age for about ten bucks and got the sixth slot and I didn't have any problem getting the seventh slot. Plus you get an Advanced Character token, a Character Transfer token, and an Eight anniversary gift token. So well worth the money!

Well i guess the next question is were can i get a copy of eight age at??

I bought mine at microcenter. But I understand that some of the bigger book stores like Barnes and Noble has copies too.

I have no clue how to help with your problem, but I do know that if you have 5 slots and you buy the 7th slot, you will get the 6th slot included and should not have any problems.

If you buy the 7th char slot, you are SUPPOSED to get 6 also.

My problem is that my ML 6th char has vanished for a couple of weeks. I've been trying to get EA to fix it, but it isn't working out... I still have my house 20% increase - just no 6th char

The UO account page regularly does this, just click back and try it again and it should work.

(& yes as others have said the 7th char slot gives you the 6th)
