Please e-mail BioWare Mythic billing at [email protected]. Please include the last 4 digits on the card, name on the card, the errors you are getting when attempting to use it as well as the following information:

• Name of the account:
• First and Last name on account:
• Email on account:
• Date of birth on account:
• Any codes activated on the account:
• Any character names found on the account:
• Phone number on the account:
• Secret Word:
