Problem Creating new Stratics account?

I'm told by a couple of people in game that they have been unable to create a new Stratics account.
It says it is sending confirmation email which never arrives.
Resend does'nt produce it and using the 'contact us' option at bottom page right dies not bring a response.

Just passing it on as they obviously had no way to do it themselves!
