Problem creating new character folder

I dunno if this is the correct place to ask this, but it's the only place I know of honestly.
Anyways, would anyone happen to know a reason why when I create a new char why my EA Games folder would not create a folder for that new char? It's a completely different name and on an account which I've had for what seems like forever. I'm uber lazy so it's really nice to just copy and paste my macro's from one char to another.

Any help would be appreciated :]

It sometimes seems to be lazy and creates them at a random time. I'm actually interested in this too because its a pain to have to copy all my macros by hand.
