Problem connecting to UpdateAce

Anyone have the same problem of not able to connect to UpdateAce?

yep, the screen has been blank for me for a couple of weeks now. This afternoon it wouldn't conn to server.

Same here. It was fine this morning, before work.

i have 3 comps side by side.
i turned them all on at the same time today.

i only turned UO onto one of them then.
so its running uoassits just fine.

the other 2 i went to start a hour later with UO and TugSoft Webpage is down, so they wont load uoassist.

funny.

looks like someone kicked out the extension cord for the server over there at Tugsoft.

I used to have that...

Now I have moved to new house so its no longer 3 computers side by side anymore.

And my pvp and pvm skills down by 20% sadly

Tug's still DOA in the water, Oh well, the morning workers may notice the cord out or again may not. We'll have to wait & see

While mine won't update either, I can still load it and my macros are still functioning. Not sure if you can create new ones, haven't tried that. And my macros are not really very complex ones, just basic tailor and mining, couple other minor things like vendor agents etc. So for me this hasn't been a major issue yet.

Interesting though that their website is also down... I can only hope they are merely upgrading servers or moving/migrating to new servers or some other beneficial thing.
