There are other house spots that can be placed...but nothing worth while...smalls and a villa will fit...but nothing max storage...I lived there two years ago and no one ever was there...i lived there recently and no one is there still...abundant forest with no spawn north of marble island...great spot.....great location

The island has quite a few treasure map locations. If treasure hunting gets the boost it was promised expect plenty of balrons and ancient wyrms on your doorstep. Then again, if you are a t-hunter I can't think of a better place to live.
