Pricing for Weps

I'm trying to set up my vendor with runic weapons but I'm having the darndest time trying to figure out what reasonable prices would be.

What would you price these weapons?

Hit Stamina Leech 34%

And what mods are in higher demand?
I would greatly appreciate your input. My brain feels like it's going to explode.

Weapon pricing is nearly impossible right now because of the recent Runic Change. Whatever pricing I suggest will be too high or too low.

All that being said, I'd price your weapons like this...

1) 3 Properties (I don't count DI unless it's over 50%). 1 Desirable property at 100% and another at 80%. The third property isn't as desirable. I'd price it arount 75,000 Gold.

2) 4 Properties. 1 is low ranking (UBWS), but having all three leeches makes it highly desirable...150,000 Gold

3 2 Properties...One very desirable and one not so desirable. Maybe 75K.
