prices of boards and ingots

Hello fellow Catskillians-

As I often whine about, I have a nagging case of RL that prevents me from visiting the realms as often as I would like. For this reason I often loose touch with elementary aspects of daily life. Can someone please inform me of the going prices for ingots and lumber on our shard?
