PriceCheck and Question regarding legality of an item

PC on Season 4 Lt. Of the Royal Guard Sash (3)
*This is not the modded Leuitanant sash*

and question regarding the legality of Etheral colored items.
Are they legal to own/sell/trade/etc?

Special Notes:
Original Color: NEVER DYED.
I am the Original Owner. It has never been off of my Main Account.
It was awarded on Legends, but currently resides on Lake Superior.
It was awarded in the Grand PVP tourney
It was awarded WITH a Bronze Pixie Statue - Grand PvP Tourney 3rd Place (1)
I do not still own that statue, I didn't care for it so I traded it.

He is correct that is the orig color of the sash, I own the other one it is currently on Atlantic, I also am curious on its worth. I dont think the 3rd one is still in circulation.

I knew one of the owners said he was quitting and keeping it banked in case he ever came back... Don't think he did.

Do you display yours? If it is in a museum would love to see it! :)

Nope I always wear it, I am at Luna bank on atlantic. AFK 80% of the time but I am there now. Mr Nice.

yeah just checked it out. Nice to see you wear it as a display piece! :) Mine is covered 99% of the time due to robes =/

As the original owner I probably wont sell it, but I am very curious about its value. Been holding it for years and years quit come back etc.

Since they apparently haven't been traded yet, i'd say they lack a price tag.

Only you guys can set a price for the sash by submitting it to an auction and deciding for a reserve/buyout.

Just remember, an item that is not for sale is... priceless :)
