Price Checks

Hi there,

I am desperately trying to figure out prices on things since I came back. I have run around looking at people's vendors all over trying to gauge fair market value for things. And, due to the fact I am pretty much broke, I am trying to figure out what I can throw on a vendor and sell.

So look at the prices I have and make comments (good or bad, I don't care).

Powder of Fortification: 25k?
Dull Copper Runics (too many of these darn things): 500 gold each just to get them out of my house!
Shadow Runics (less than the DC's but too many of them still): 1500 gold
Copper Runics: 50k?
Bronze Runics: 75k? 100k? Less? More? I haven't sold one of these in forever.

Ecru Citrine: No idea but I have a gaggle of them.
Dark Sapphire: No idea but I have a gaggle of them.
Fire Ruby: No idea but I have a gaggle of them.
Turquoise: No idea but I have a gaggle of them.
Blue Diamond: No idea but I have a gaggle of them.
Perfect Emerald: No idea but I have a gaggle of them.

Lots of lumberjacking mats (I figured those aren't worth crap except the brilliant amber).

Recipes out the wazoo (including some of the hard ones to get)
Heritage Tokens - 350k?

These are just the main things, the easiest to sell based on my long history with UO and LA.

I just really hate setting up vendors at my house and having people stick around enough to tell me how much I suck and my prices are evil. It has only happened a few times, but still makes my butt twitch...not literally....

So any feedback would be great. I know a lot has changed since I have been gone (I don't even have the good pets anymore, still have good ol' WW and nightmare combos) so have mercy on me please

First off,

Welcome Back!!

Your price for the powder of fort looks about right, if not a little low.

The runics should move at that price, recipes go for about 500g (common) up to 3,000g or more (rare) [what i have seen, not what I charge].

Ecru Citrine, Dark Sapphire, Fire Ruby, Turquoise, Blue Diamond, and Perfect Emerald are all crafting mats for higher end craftables, have not seen them on vendors myself so i dunno.

And I am sure someone will buy the heritage token at that price.

powder is mostly selling for 35-50k right now, actually. 25k is a bit low, but will guarantee you a quick sale if you need the gold.

Runic prices are decent - perhaps you should try burning a bronze or two, as the runic changes of last year mean that you can get soem decent items (especially if making recipe items like the silver etched mace or twinkling scimitar)

The gems are probably good at 1-3k each, except for the amber, pearls, and (maybe) the diamonds and the one for the twinkling Scimitar. I've seen amber and pearls at about 10-20k each, and the desirable mining gems at closer to 5k each instead of 1-3k.
