personally, to me its worth very little, it has no little pvp use and wouldn't be worth it to use as a throw away, however id like to acquire it for pvm purposes if interested. Although if your expecting to get anything close to its value on a production shard I would just keep it.

that kinda brings up a question for me, if you have 20 spell damage (i know its capped at 15 for pvp) but if you have less eval does it compensate or is that a hard cap from items like i think it is
