This post is for a friend of mine and if I could get a rough estimite quickly that would be awesome.

He is selling his Origin Luna Vendor house with everything in it. All the items in this picture are rubble.

Not shown is 3 Coconut trees (green) and one date palm (Green)

Both candle Sconces are rubble

The blood, table....all rubble.

What would you say is a fair going price for all the items PLUS the house, 14x14 footprint.

On the North Side...14x14...38 Vendors with the increased storage.

I sold one with 28 vendors in the exact same location on Ls for 200m

LS is more populated though but that's a good rough estimate.

What about the rubble? Rift piece, Saddle, Wall sconces...Yucca tree unburnt, blood....beads, some regs...rubble prices have been fluxuating lately.

Rhen and Co have 3 houses for sale in Luna on GL..none moving real fast asking about $1200 each I believe.

Location and size has a lot to do with it as well.
But for 50M I would transfer to Origin and live there
