I just got a maul with 80% Mana Leech. IT seems I have not seen one with any modifier this high before. No other mods to spek of. Is this thing worth anything?

Nothing really. With a patch while back they made it to where leech effects can spawn all the way to 100%. Nothing super special about it unless you want it.
