anyone know how much a treatise on alchemy tali with 30% exceptional/29% alchemy bonus would price out at?

It doesnt worn out, it doesnt have durability.

It shouldnt be more than 50m+-... IMHO

its the library talisman, with +5 magery and 15 EP. nothing special really, just has a nice 30/29 bonus on it

29/30 are pretty rare tho

I just checked Old Stratics and UOGuide and I could not find anything that required EXP so is the %30 EXP worth anything?
