it could be paired very nicely with a skill heavy, no sdi, no dci EP bracelet and shaman staff. basically a mid-range jewel that could be used with the new shaman staff well, but the hci, dex, sword, and probably disco would be wasted stats.

no idea on price. at high 800s its got decent useable imbue weight, so could fetch a decent amount if someone has, or has plans to get the right bracelet. wouldnt be too hard to make an 800 skill point template with this one.
