Not really up to date on prices for splintering pieces. Is this worth anything?

good rule of thumb is, any splintering weapon over 3.0 speed needs swing speed to have a chnace at being useable. Plus its a battle axe. not exactly a sought after pvp weapon, especially for gargs.
