Does having mage weapon with tactics allow you to do specials. I've never tested.

All respective special moves require tactics for primary 70 weapon skill, & secondary 90 weapon skill. The only 2 specials to not require tactics is infect strike & shadow strike because it replaced by poisoning & stealth skills. Although I haven't tested serpent arrow, so I am not sure if that one requires tactics or not with the use of poisoning skill.

I tested it out mith you need both tactics and weapon skill to use specials ...kinda stupid if you ask me..what's point of mage wep if can't use specials lol............also added more armor pieces
