Price check Rare Animals Vols I & II

I'd be grateful for a best guess price check on these two Oceania event items.

I understand the book colours vary a little, hence the screeny depicting both as well as the text on the respective first pages.

I have a potential buyer, one with a growing rares museum, and one I happen to respect enough to wish to suggest a fair price.
