The spell book probably around 1-3m depending on shard.

The runebooks, are more difficult to say b/c it depends on how lazy someone is essentially, or busy for that matter as well. Since there are a number of rune libraries on most shards that offer T-Map rune books its fairly easy to make yourself a set. I purchased a set of 130 runebooks including taming locations, and both tram and fel t-map spots, ore and wood locations for 15m this psat summer. So I would assume the rune books would bring in around 5-10m depending on the buyers desire.

I think it also depends on which system it was marked by, Stratics or Goodmans.
