Hi all, i recently returned to UO and i'm completely LOST. So much new stuff and i see quite a bit of rares have skyrocketed in value so i have no idea the value of my stuff now Here is what i have and any help on the value would be appreciated.

Rare piece of blood, i believe came from T2A many many years ago, i remember running into NPC camps as they spawned to grab them.

Purple Bunny-Tamed-
Misc Pieces of Rubble from the Magincia event, i saw alot more new rubble. is there any old rubble still with value? I have various trees, grass etc some grey in color
Wyrms Heart
I have alot of Whispering Roses from older UO players, like Jester Radics. Are these more valuable?
Phoenix Armor Chest, Arms, Leggings

Couple more questions if anyone can help? How much do large houses sell for now? why are treasure maps so pricey now?

Thanks all One thing i didnt have when i returned was alot of gold, gave most to my friends when i left. So i will be selling some of this stuff. I have LOTS more.

UO item prices have not sky rocketed...its just the price of UO gold is soooooo low now...peanuts infact!!!.....they go hand in hand....so were once a item cost 50m in uo gold ....it now costs 400m gold ..but the actual monetry value is still the same if u see what i mean.....well come back btw....u will soon have a lot of uo gold that is sadly near worthless

blood (if its the one im guessing) 3-8 mil ---much more if one of the rarer versions.
singing ball - id buy for 80mil. this is the low end. they can be worth up to around 150.
Bunny - depends on the buyer. i wouldnt sell it for like 5mil tho. i would be interested in this if on atlantic.
Rubble - varies alot. some of the grasses worth about 100k, some 1-3 mil, the bright green grass can be worth 10-20
Wyrm's heart 20milish
roses depend on name - ive paid 5mil for a rose i really wanted, some pay more some pay less. average rose is about 300k
Phoenix Armor sells well for around 500mil for a suit.

These are just my estimates but hope it helps.
